What to do as a first time nanny?

Tomorrow i start nannying for a 5 year old girl, and two boys age 7 and 9. I have babysat a lot but i feel somewhat under pressure beginning this full time nanny position because the mother is extremely excited to get a new nanny since she just fired her old one and i don't want to disappoint. She also told me the kids were really happy to hear their old nanny was fired. How can i make a fast connection with the kids and get them to like me? I know to do a lot of activities with them, be friendly, etc., but i was just looking for any addition specific things i could do? Thanks!!
