Do i have kidney failure?

i thought i had an UTI im on antibiotics, but my UTI results came back negative on monday so the doc sent them to a lab. i think i have kidney failure now becuzz my urine is still cloudy especially in the morning and i had lower back pain yesterday and side pain on my left and back not for long just a few secs and my pee was yellow this morning.. i went for a walk/job and drank water and it turned clear. i am a hypercondriac so idk what is wrong with me. and i do have an appointment with a urologist on june 27 is that to far away??
