A very rare question about my penis....?

Okay so basically I have this rare situation with my penis. When I was younger I got introduced to master baiting, i did it alot, and fast. Im circumsized, and one night I master baited real fast like i usually do and something white popped out of my skin where the gland/head and the skin from the shaft meet. I dont know what happened and I can continue to take white ''lumps'' out if i wanted to but i think I lost like, width in my penis from doing this. Now I have a holeish on both sides of my penis ,,Have you guys ever heard of this before? ( Also noted there is some kind of that material it looks to be stuck by my gland and skin in the middle of the holes, the holes are positioned like this ( o---..--(these - are my skin)-0) its hard to understand but just read it carefully please )...Im way to broke to see a urologist so any help and information can help. Ive been trying to heal the holes forever using some water resistant bandages but its soo hard to do...blah...please help.
