How to have sex with my gf?

I'm 19, she's 19, neither of us have had sex before. We aren't just complete weirdos that have been refused sex by everyone else. We've been going out for a couple months ever since the start of 2nd semester in college. I'm 6'3, 190 lbs (fairly good looking I guess) and If I wanted to have a sex with some random slut I would've done that day 1 of college...but I wanted to wait for someone really special. How do I convey this to my girl friend without coming off as someone just trying to get some?
