My 7 year old with 9th UTI and 1 kidney infection?

My 7 year old has just been DX'd with her 9th UTI, she's also been hospitalized for 4 days with a really bad kidney infection (last year). The last 5 UTI's have all been in a row. As soon as she gets off the Sulfa (shes allergic to AMOX) she gets another UTI, or the original UTI was never gone. So now shes going to see my urologist. I have to see a urologist cause I've had Intersticial Cystitis since the age of 18, and my bladder pain is just getting worse. Ive been making sure shes wiping correctly, drinking enough water, no baths, and still UTI after UTI. She plays soccer and has soccer practice 2 times a week, and during practice she sometimes will be in so much pain, today she was in so much pain she was hunched over almost crying under her left rib cage. She also has a HX of bowel problems and shes on IBS medicine for that. But none of her UTI's or not even her kidney infection has caused her pain under her left rib cage. When I took her to the ER they didnt run any blood work, just checked her urine and found blood, luekos and nitrates. But the fact that they didnt address her pain, upset me. Anyways.... What reasons could cause a 7 year old that has IBS, this many UTI's??? It worries me!!!
