I think i'm a hypochondriac, and its hard to stop?

Okay, so i went to a doctor cuz i had a condition called bacterial prostatitis. He gave me Cipro for 15 days and it cleared, havent had at all the pain I was experienceing back then and it's a month and a half later. But while I was having this, I was panicing and I felt a chest pain and I thought I had heart problems. Then I noticed a little red dot on my penis and thought I had herpes so I went and got tested. Noticed a little bump and thought I had HPV, which was due to irritation I know cuz I went to another urologist and he said it was all good and very common for discoloration and those bumps were nothing. Now I think I might have stds cuz I masturbated in a public bathroom when I was drunk and holy ****, this is horrible and I cant believe im saying all this and I stop it!!!!!!!!! Three doctors have told me im fine, simple diagnosis and I'm like still thinking I could possibly have so many other diseases. Does anyone struggle with this????? AAAAGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! Im even scared of having sex now cuz I think i have an std cuz of the bathroom incident, and i'm a virgin. WTF!!!!!
