I have pain in my left testicle .?

I have pain in my left testicle with swelling .I consulted a urologist soon and done many tests for the identification still no clues regarding a particular problem is found. I used masturbate daily but I didn't told this to my doc . Is the masturbation may the reason why I'm having pain it ? Please help !
