Do you think I should go see a urologist for this problem below?

Well, I m a 19 yrs old male, I reach orgasm soo quick. like 2 minutes after penetrating. I can't hold it back, it's always hard for me and I can't have a second erection for like 4 hours. Should I go see a urologist? or what? will I be fine if I see one?
