Do i have a Frenulum breve?

I'm 15 and im pretty sure i have a Frenulum breve and i am willing to consult a urologist but i have one question, if i already have been circumcised is it possible to still get a frenulum breve because i was looking around google and i could only find people that havent been circumcised yet. If anyone has notifications on this subject, i would sincerely appreciate it.
