Chunky yellow stuff and white discharge from penis?

So I'm 15 and I have never had sex. 3 days ago, I started noticing pain on the tip of my penis (uncircumcised) and yellow chunky stuff coming out of my penis. There was also a white-clear substance in my penis too. When I urinate there is a small amount of pain. Should I go see a Urologist or something and does anyone know what is wrong?
