Christians: What version of the Bible is best to share with an Atheist/Agnostic?

seriously don't bother i remember having religion thrown in my face as a kid and to be honest i thinks its what start my hatred towards religion. but now that I've grown up a bit I can put up with religion as long as it doesn't start a discussion
